1. Banner is visible at all times.
2. Banner must be 88 px wide by 31px high.
3. All sites may affiliate with us, rpg and non rpg are welcome.
4. Content is compliant with the Probards ToS and Community Guidelines.
5. If you add us to static, we will add your button to static,
6. If you add us to scrolling, we will add your button to scrolling.
