The "railway line" BG looks great... I would however, raise the transparency up a few notches so that it has less in the grayish areas. It may be that you have not finished the new look of the default theme (Wood) so best to leave my suggestions for now.
Just a note: if you are changing the "Wood" theme to the new look, I'd for one would rename it along the lines of a railway something title.

The new look is only for the month of October, (31 days of Halloween) and I will tweek the transparancey a bit.  |

FYI: That is what I have in a folder titled: Holiday Theme Input Example: (inside that folder above, among other things, is holiday theme folders below with their .pbt and a copy of the CSS for each)  |
